This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and included breakfast. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and have good showers. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the center of the city and not far from the train station.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Secondly, the room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. It was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the center of Sélestat. This allowed me to easily explore the historical center and visit nearby restaurants. this hotel offered good value for money, with basic amenities and a satisfying breakfast included.

Everything was very good, nothing to complain about.

Spent Xmas at a cozy little place with friendly staff. the price was great for what was offered, and it was really nice to have access to free parking. the hotel is located in a prime spot, with lots of shopping and dining options just a stone's throw away. the bathroom had luxurious Nuxe products and the room was of a great size with a lovely view.

The AC was set in Fahrenheit, which was a bit confusing, and the bed was too soft for our comfort level. the bathroom could've used a bit of an upgrade, too.

the staff promptly informed us about the situation and kept us updated. They even discounted our room to compensate for the inconvenience, a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was so good, being spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, the view from our window overlooking the park was good. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff left a lasting impression, and we were particularly impressed by the owners' commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, offering delicious meals at a reasonable price. Despite a minor issue with our credit card during checkout, the owner handled it with professionalism and reassurance. we had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Restaurant Vaillant Proche Europapark Rulantica.

Had a wonderful stay during New Year's Eve with my family. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the train station and the main shopping district. Our room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. Another great benefit was the on-site restaurant and bar which offered reasonably priced and delicious meals.

There was some construction work going on during our stay, which meant that we were without water for a few hours in the afternoon. However, the staff kept us informed throughout and offered us a discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel's location close to the center of this city made it convenient to explore the area on foot. The staff were excellent and provided helpful recommendations. Parking was ample and conveniently located opposite the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and provided good value.

Guests can indulge in a delicious meal at the onsite restaurant, complete with a great selection of desserts. the hotel also provides a pleasant view of the park across the street.

The air conditioning unit can be quite noisy, disturbing guests' peace and quiet.
